Induction Coaching

This coaching service builds on the company’s selection process and improves the likelihood of a successful hire. The candidate will have access to 2 meetings with an experienced executive coach,ideally beginning before job commencement. The objective of the coaching will be to support the candidate in their preparation for and approach to their first 100 days in-role.

How it works

Induction coaching is designed to increase the candidates’ awareness of themselves in relation to the role/new work environment and to optimise their performance in the first 100 days. Helpful documents will include CV, Role Description and key notes from the recruitment process.
